(The cost of the job was exactly the estimate I was given.) Joanne in the office was responsive to my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. The team that came out for the installation made sure to check with me to confirm everything was done the way I expected. My only comment would be that the job, which was relatively small, took two visits to complete and there were several days between visits. However, I should add that after installation I changed my mind on the height of the gate and Irwin made the adjustment without additional cost. (Both he and Joanne were very receptive to my change request, which required a separate visit.) I would definitely recommend Fencepro to anyone looking for fencing work.

A few hiccups, but Mr. Silverman made sure everything was finally done according to the drawings he made and what we agreed to verbally and in writing. The fence panels and gates are very sturdy and well constructed. The gates are structured with welded, steel bracing, not the thin metal type found in big box stores. This was only one front section of the fence he replaced; the existing one was poorly installed by another company & those gates become totally inoperable. I would certainly hire FencePro again and not hesitate to recommend FencePro to anyone. Owner Irwin Silverman is a man of his word. As a matter of fact, I have referred two people already.

Freaking amazing. First their gates are so superior to what any other company offered. The hinges of the gate are far better than anything you’d get at your local hardware store. They use a welded metal frame around the wood gate to keep it from sagging. Genius. Quoted five other companies and no one seemed as knowledgeable or willing to work and answered my questions like Irwin. His quote was better and he offered a commercial grade that gave me 1″ pickets and larger rail. another asked a lot more money, Irwin was reasonable. Trying to set a time of installation was impossible because of the pool company playing games so after missing the first date Irwin did as he said he would, he worked us in and did it at once so pool could be filled. Would I use him again, in a heartbeat. By the way I called him again the other day about my daughter’s small dog getting through the pickets and he was at once willing to help. by the way the fence went up on my daughter’s new house in Jacks Beach. I found several subs for her and Irwin was probably the best.

Irwin quoted the lowest price and offered a discount on one gate. During installation we changed the original design and Rocky took it in stride and installed the fence the way we chose. Irwin came out to do the estimate the next day which happened to be a Saturday and most Convenient as I was off work. After measuring and getting the details on what we needed (shadow box) Irwin showed me an example of the wood quality he would be using and answered all my questions. I Told Irwin he won the contract on Tuesday and he said his crew and himself would be there for the install on Thursday (Wow!). Overall it was an good job. I would have perferred that they used wet concrete to set the posts instead pouring dry concrete and letting it absorb ground moisture, on the other hand there are fence installers that don’t use any concrete. They did an excellant job of cleanup and debris removal. I had a special request that the yard be secured at the end of each work day so my dogs could run free. They complied with this request without reservation even though I am sure this caused extra work for them and delayed completion slightly.

Today Fence Pro’s crew finished their second job for me. I was very happy with everything and with the attention to detail. During my first experience with Irwin he gave me an estimate for exactly what I thought I wanted. On his own Irwin gave me two other options. My request being the most expensive and other two that he provided without me asking were less expensive. After a very educating conversation with Irwin I went with the middle priced estimate. Really great customer service! I wasn’t very clear about what side of a tree I wanted the fence to be on, when I wanted it switched they came right out and did it for me. This company is top of the line. Not only do they install a beautiful well constructed fence, but they stsnd by their work..for years. I had them install my fence several years ago. Over the years the gates weren’t closing as smoothly as they should and the recent hurricane bowed the fence a bit in the middle. I called Irwin and he had a crew come out within days. They adjusted and straightened my entire fence. The gates close as smooth as the day they were installed. When I asked the foreman what I owed them, he said, ” you don’t see an invoice, do you?” Getting a new fence is expensive, but it is also an investment. Irwin and his crew at Fencepro, take good care of you and your investment, and that is piece of mind.

Amazing job. First their gates are so superior to what any other company offered. The hinges of the gate are far better than anything you’d get at your local hardware store. They use a welded metal frame around the wood gate to keep it from sagging. Genius. Quoted five other companies and no one seemed as knowledgeable or willing to work and answered my questions like Irwin. They didn’t have the lowest price I was quoted but it was close and definitely worth the little bit extra. Highly, highly recommend them.

Approximately one year after installation, I called FencePro to have a couple of split boards replaced and gates adjusted. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. Crew came to our house, replaced several split boards and adjusted gates; all under warranty, no charge! I only wish all businesses operated with such integrity and focus on customer service. In plain terms, they just always do the right thing, no questions asked. I have no higher recommendation for you if you’re looking to have any type of fence work done. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Be smart, shop around but make sure you read the reviews, they’re free and will tell you a lot about how a company does business AFTER the sale!

These guys are great. My wife and I saved up to replace our backyard fence that separated us from a high school. Irwin came out and gave a solid estimate, we scheduled the work, and it was completed with quality results. Over 100 feet of 8′ board on board privacy fence – it looks great! Sorry it took so long for me to post this but Irwin and his team installed a privacy fence for me last year and they not only gave me a great price but they we very professional and gave me great recommendations for what I needed! The fence still looks brand new and keeps the dogs in most of the time… Sand is to blame for that but otherwise Irwin really cares that the customer is very satisfied and even though I made a mistake when picking the type of fence, he was able to fix it saving me money!!!
